Lyndi’s Young Living story started in 2001 when she joined the company as a customer service representative. She had no idea where that first position would take her professionally and personally. After nine years in the call center—and a role managing the center herself—Lyndi decided to follow her passion and join the marketing team.
In 2015 she was named Vice President of Global Marketing, and she now strategically oversees global brand efforts and manages Product Marketing, Media Productions, Events, Online Marketing, Content Marketing and Communications, and Creative Services.
In her personal time, Lyndi enjoys the outdoors, hiking, four-wheeling, traveling, photography, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite essential oil is Peppermint, and she loves using Savvy Minerals by Young Living™ and Young Living Seedlings™ for herself and her family.
As Vice President of the Publications and Document Review department, Alene oversees, revises, edits, and gives final approval of company publications and documents.
She has more than 20 years of experience working in business and has been with Young Living for more than a decade. She also has 25 years of business teaching experience at the college and university level, including 7 years of teaching management communications for the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
Alene has loved working closely with Mary and Gary Young on many projects, including their books D. Gary Young: The World Leader in Essential Oils, Ancient Einkorn: Today's Staff of Life, and The One Gift.
Alene loves spending time with her eight young grandchildren and enjoys working in her vegetable garden, freezing and bottling the produce, reading, and teaching. Her favorite Young Living products include Boswellia Wrinkle Cream™, Genesis™ Hand & Body Lotion, Cool Azul Sports Gel and all of the Thieves products.
In his 12 years with Young Living, Joe has helped with Young Living’s new corporate offices and farms, 24-hour support system, IT special projects, and global physical security. Joe’s knowledge of almost every farm and office worldwide gives him an advantage as he helps implement new IT operations.
Before joining the corporate world, Joe caught the entrepreneurial spirit and owned a successful printer business. After working for himself, he moved forward in the IT field and started growing in positions at WordPerfect, Novell, Nature’s Way, and for the last several years at Young Living. He now has more than 25 years of experience in the IT field, making him a great fit for his new role as Young Living’s VP of Global IT Operations.
Joe is a firm believer in Young Living’s mission, and his favorite oils are Thieves®, Lavender, and Australian Blue™. When Joe is not working, he enjoys being outdoors, riding motorcycles, snowmobiling, and supporting the Utah Jazz.
Todd comes to Young Living equipped with experience in direct sales and health and wellness, thanks to his time at Amway where he focused on nutrition innovations and global brand management. His years of experience with other companies such as Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson and his MBA from Duke University have given him strong leadership skills, especially in global marketing, brand management, new product launches, and supply chain and strategic planning.
In addition to leadership skills, Todd also has intimate marketing experience that includes launching global brands and wellness solutions, managing agencies, performing market research, and working with sales and brand teams to support development and deployment of global marketing and business initiatives.
In his personal time, Todd enjoys youth mentoring, skiing, and tennis.
Shane Smith’s nearly two-decade career in marketing has always been driven by his passion for storytelling. Since 2010, he has used his passion to shape the way Young Living communicates with its members, helping to develop the recognizable brand voice, global communications strategy, and content marketing program that has established Young Living as a fresh, friendly, and authoritative leader in the essential oils industry. Nothing is more important to Shane than telling the right story, in the right way, at the right time. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, fluent in Spanish, and a member of the Forbes Communications Council.
Shane embraces Young Living and the direct sales industry because of the empowerment and excitement that it offers to its members. He also loves and uses Young Living's world-class products every day, from NingXia Red® before a workout to the signature blend of essential oils he diffuses in his office.
Shane is a native of Utah and enjoys the scenic backcountry for hiking and skiing. He is also passionate about yoga, writing, reading, music, travel, fashion, and food. When not working with and for his YL family, Shane spends as much time as possible with his two young sons.
Brittani Lambert has nearly two decades of experience in the direct sales industry and has spent almost half of them working with Young Living. Using her passion for perfection, she has served in many roles, including Member Services manager, IT quality control technician, and senior director of Global Events. Her newest role is vice president of Global Events. During her time with Young Living, Brittani has been able to focus her passion and big ideas on larger-than-life events and experiences. She loves working for a company that has always been dear to her heart because of its principled and empowering values.
Brittani also worked as the vice president of sales and marketing for a startup. Her experience in the fast-paced, multifaceted startup world prepared her for the expansive growth of a billion-dollar company.
Outside of her professional life, Brittani loves sports. In high school, she played softball, basketball, and volleyball and was also part of the cheer and track teams. Brittani has two young sons, and her family is powered by Peppermint, R.C.™, and Stress Away™ essential oils.
Andrea Neipp is passionate about creating genuine and meaningful connections to Young Living’s lifestyle of wellness and is a champion of creativity and personal empowerment. Since joining Young Living in early 2014, she has led global brand communications, including public and corporate relations, social digital communications, and brand partnerships. Working closely with Young Living executives and upper management, she plays a key role in guiding global brand strategy and corporate positioning.
In 2017, Andrea led the Young Living Brand Awareness team to earn a prestigious Silver Anvil Award for the YL Lavender Room brand experience on Fifth Avenue in New York City. True to her passion for creating successful and noteworthy communications strategies, she chose to forgo her acceptance into Parsons School of Design at The New School to continue her role at Young Living. She went on to create the bold “Scents of Self” collection during New York Fashion week, which emphasized beauty from the inside out. Prior to joining Young Living, Andrea worked both agency and in-house for various brands, where she specialized in strategic communications, brand positioning, and messaging, with an emphasis on lifestyle and beauty categories. Brands she worked with include Oakley, Aveda, Johnson & Johnson, Estee Lauder, and Adidas.
Born and raised in Southern California, Andrea is a California girl at heart and loves the ocean and being active outdoors. In her free time, she can be found playing with her dog, Shug, searching for vintage finds at a flea market, blasting music while cooking a good meal, or creating her own works of art, all while using her favorite blend of Tangerine, Spearmint, and Cedarwood.
Throughout his nearly decade-long career at Young Living, Jason Dewey has always been immersed in the extensive Young Living product line, whether coordinating product development as a product marketing manager, keeping the launch of new products on track as a project manager, or managing the development and lifecycle of Young Living’s 600+ products as the senior director of Product Management. As the vice president of Product Management, Jason guides global strategy for the development, launch, and management of Young Living products.
Before joining Young Living in 2009, Jason worked in retail management, finance, and operations, using his B.A. degree in business administration from Utah Valley University in each position. He credits his passion for and longevity with Young Living to its tight-knit environment and the opportunity he has had to be part of a health and wellness movement with like-minded individuals. One of the things Jason enjoys most about his job is watching members’ reactions to new products while reflecting on the effort of the various teams involved in the launch.
Jason speaks Spanish and a bit of the indigenous South American language Guarani. He loves spending time with his wife and children, traveling, and training for triathlons and marathons. During and after training, Jason’s favorite essential oil is Deep Relief™ Roll-On. The rest of the time, he keeps a Stress Away Roll-On™ on hand.
In his third progressive role in the last three years, Troy Mohr oversees and provides leadership to Young Living’s global internal manufacturing sites, 67 contract manufacturing sites, and the Young Living strategic sourcing teams that support warehousing and fulfillment in 17 countries.
Troy has spent the last 30 years working in operations and manufacturing in both the private and public arenas and has a diverse background in industries from nutrition, medical, and personal care to venture placement and heavy industry/automotive. During his career, he has launched new businesses and new products, opened new markets, and built high-performing teams all over the world. He holds a B.A. degree in business administration from Lewis University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, as well as a Certificate in Purchasing Management from DePaul University.
Troy has lived in three countries, traveled to 46 of the 50 United States, and worked in 42 countries. He and his wife, Julie, currently live with their four children in Draper, Utah. His go-to essential oil is Sacred Sandalwood.
Julie Hunter joined Young Living in 2013 after spending almost 20 years working with various legal and compliance teams. She has assisted Young Living in developing programs that empower employees, customers, and vendors to advocate for best practices to follow the laws, regulations, standards, and ethics of the Young Living business. One of the most visible programs she has developed is the Conduct Success team, which offers a friendly face and accessible, useful information to members seeking to make their Young Living businesses more compliant with regulations. Julie’s work has also included developing the benchmarks of the Standards pillar in Young Living’s Seed to Seal® program.
Julie previously served as adjunct faculty at a local college and has brought her expertise to companies such as Mrs. Fields, Nature’s Sunshine, and Synergy Worldwide, supporting legal departments with compliance, conflict resolution, and complex legal transactions. Julie’s work experience includes editing, writing, educating, and enforcing company policies, laws, and agreements. At Young Living, Julie has come to love the relationships she has built with a uniquely inspiring and caring community of employees and Young Living members, and she is passionate about serving them as well.
Julie has been married for 30 years and is the mother of five adult children and grandmother of three young grandchildren. She enjoys exploring the world, developing relationships, and finding time for hiking, camping, boating, and four-wheeling with her family. Her favorite essential oils are Peppermint, Deep Relief™, Stress Away™, and Lavender.
Gabriel Sanchez was born in southern Mexico, where he lived throughout college and law school. He came to the United States in 2001 to further his legal education and went on to practice international law for 12 years. Gabriel joined Young Living in 2015 and has been a great contributor to the company’s Latin America and new market expansion. He is passionate about the unique opportunity to support Young Living’s continuing growth abroad. Gabriel has worked with international markets for more than a decade and provides vast experience in the international field.
Young Living’s commitment to the world to provide a life full of abundance and wellness is Gabriel’s main objective as he participates directly in the strategic growth of the company. He finds great satisfaction in helping others grow and realize their goals in planning a global prominence for Young Living.
With a thirst for continual education, Tai graduated with a degree in global economics at BYU and has earned MBA degrees from both UCLA and the National University of Singapore. Tai, his wife, Tanya, and their four children currently reside in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where they are devoted members of the community, proud fitness enthusiasts and gym owners, and enjoy chasing and coaching their children’s rugby teams on weekends.
What drew Tai to Young Living is the opportunity to be part of a selfless endeavor that links world-class products with the opportunity to change lives and communities.
European by birth and in heart, Peter is a great asset to Young Living’s work in Europe. Peter grew up in Denmark and studied at the University of Odense, Denmark, where he received an MBA with an emphasis in sales and marketing. Peter also has global experience, thanks to his positions as GM of USANA Korea and USANA Japan, as well as GM of Melaleuca Australia/New Zealand.
In addition to his time with direct sales companies, Peter has worked with many Fortune 500 companies—including General Motors, 3M, Honda, and Ford—and has taught business as an adjunct professor at Odense University, Westminster College, and Utah State University.
Peter has a passion for developing and executing growth strategies using his strategic and tactical expertise, and he loves working to get the right people engaged in the exact right things.
Lori is a marketing professional who brings more than 23 years of sales and marketing expertise to Young Living. Before taking the helm as General Manager of Canada, she worked as Director of Marketing and Communications, where she fostered substantial increases in sales, social engagement, and brand recognition across the Canadian marketplace.
With an education and background in art direction, Lori approaches marketing and problem solving with creative gusto. In previous professional roles with Travel Alberta and creative agencies that supported SunRype and Honda Motor Company, she received multiple accolades for her work. She is eager to inspire more meaningful interactions between brand and customer—interactions that build trust and loyalty—and her creative talent, marketing know-how, and love of life make her uniquely capable of doing so.
When Lori isn’t leading teams to new heights, she can be found with her husband and two daughters skiing, doing yoga, hiking, or playing music. Lori also loves riding her motorcycle in the mountains. Her favorite Young Living essential oil is PanAway, a fitting choice for her family’s adventurous and active lifestyle.
Jeffrey Pearson began shaping U.S. Sales at Young Living in March of 2016 and has shown himself to be an innovative leader in the multiple positions he’s held at Young Living, including Regional Sales Director and Senior Director of U.S. Sales. He plays an integral part at Young Living, using his versatile skill set to bring new advancements to our member experience while maintaining our fundamental values. He also creates a clear strategy for our Young Living leaders that enables them to reach their goals, including launching many field-focused initiatives such as leader development programs and training, event strategies, and leader support structure.
Jeff’s 12 years of professional experience reflect his love for direct sales companies. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in marketing, he worked in direct sales and admired the business plan and people working in the industry. As he worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions in multimillion-dollar markets, he became extremely passionate about helping people reach their business goals and achieve their full potential. He continues to believe in the importance of personal development and maintaining a healthy lifestyle balance.
Jeffrey and his wife of 13 years, Natalie, have four beautiful girls: Brynlie, Hallie, Ellie, and Avrie. When Jeffrey’s not spending time with his daughters, he loves to golf, wake surf, boat, play tennis, or do just about anything in the sun. He’s a huge sports fan and loves supporting BYU and the Utah Jazz.
Kristen has more than 18 years of experience in the direct sales industry, both as a distributor and a successful corporate business development and sales leader. She has been with Young Living since 2014 and has directed the company’s growth and transition to a new headquarters in Sydney. She leads with her passion to help others build their own businesses and achieve their goals.
People are drawn to Kristen’s charismatic approach and are empowered by her hands-on mentoring and management. Under her leadership, Young Living has risen to become the largest network marketing company in Australia.
Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and her son. She is also a passionate jewelry designer in her spare time, purchasing many pieces at auctions and redesigning them. For years, even before she joined the Young Living team, Kristen has been using Young Living’s Lavender essential oil to unwind before bed.
Chance has deep roots with Young Living—and with the Canadian market in particular. He joined the company in 2009, working in the Shipping department. Later, he joined the Sales team as Sales Manager for Canada. After two years supporting Canadian members from Utah, Chance moved to Calgary, Alberta, to support the opening of the Canadian market and establish the Calgary office.
The market saw strong growth under his leadership, thanks to the active role he took in sales, marketing, and operations. In 2014, he returned home to Utah, where he continued to support the Canadian market for another year before taking a break to spend time with his family. He returned to Young Living in 2016 as the Operations Director for Canada. As Country Manager of Canada, Chance has the opportunity to support Young Living’s Canadian members and further develop the market as it evolves and matures.
Chance has a strong talent for building relationships and supporting the growth of those he works with. He values the Young Living members he supports and believes in the products Young Living offers. His favorite product is Peppermint essential oil, which inspires him to keep pushing his limits to achieve his goals.
When Chance isn’t working, he enjoys being surrounded by nature on his mountain bike or dirt bike.
Tyler has been with Young Living since 2009, and he currently manages operations for the Greater China regions, including customer service, logistics and supply chain, and sales and marketing. With more than 13 years of experience in the network marketing industry and a strong background in international development, Tyler was instrumental in opening and growing new markets in the region. He has expanded sales in the region, rapidly making it one of the top three markets for Young Living.
In addition to his industry experience, he has an extensive background in international business, particularly Asian operations management, product development and marketing, sales, strategic planning, and implementation.
Tyler and his wife have two daughters, and he loves to spend time with them. He also enjoys basketball, wakeboarding, hiking, and rock climbing. He supplements his healthy lifestyle with Thieves® Vitality.
As a native of Japan, Yu brings a global perspective to any role, which has made him a valuable asset to many companies with an international focus. Yu joined the Young Living team in 2014, and prior to his role as Country Manager of Japan, he held the titles of Director of Online Marketing and Director of Global Sales and Business Innovation. In these roles, Yu’s work focused on enabling and incentivizing members to help them build their best businesses.
Yu’s previous work within the direct sales world has included not only responsibilities as a manager but as a distributor as well. With this real-world experience, Yu retains a hands-on approach and down-to-earth attitude to offer empowering solutions to members and executives.
Some of Yu’s favorite Young Living products include Peppermint essential oil and many citrus oil—especially Citrus Fresh™ and Lemon. He also likes to use Deep Relief™ and Frankincense for their grounding aromas, which allow him to reset and recharge.
Karen Cornejo has been with Young Living since the Singapore office opened in 2011, starting as the sales and marketing director of Southeast Asia. Karen has worked to fuel a passion for Young Living throughout the region. Her creativity and innovation have led to initiatives that contribute to the continuous growth of the Singapore market.
Karen graduated with a degree in finance from De La Salle University and an Executive MBA from the Singapore Management University. She has been involved with the direct selling industry since 2003, and she brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing from her work with Avon and Amway in the Philippines.
She loves yoga and says she can’t go a day without it. Karen has taken her passion even further by becoming a certified yoga teacher and loves teaching Young Living-infused yoga whenever she has the opportunity. Her favorite oil is Young Living’s Idaho Blue Spruce, which she uses for meditation and inspiring creativity from within.
Prior to working for Young Living, Nancy gained professional experience in marketing, portfolio management, and quality assurance. She brought her knowledge and skills from these positions to Young Living when she started as the Marketing and Sales Manager of Peru in 2012. As she excelled in this role, Nancy gained experience developing business strategies, planning promotions, and creating marketing initiatives in the area.
In her current role as Ecuador’s acting Country Manager, Nancy focuses on increasing sales in the area and improving supply chain and customer service processes while she sets market goals, oversees product imports, and prepares annual budgets. With her previous experience in marketing, Nancy also helps guide the Marketing and Sales department as they set incentives and goals.
Dyah Mantili, or “Tili”, joins us from Indonesia, where she developed her diverse global management background. She is a seasoned direct selling professional whose experience extends to Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Pakistan as well. Before joining Young Living, Tili was Vice President of Sales for one of the largest direct selling companies in Indonesia.
Tili’s unique strengths and insights include expertise in field engagement. Helping others advance and grow their businesses is one of her passions. Young Living’s exceptional products and family-like culture drew her to the team at the end of 2017.
When Tili isn’t busy supporting the passions and pursuits of Young Living members, she enjoys cozying up with a good book and diffusing her favorite Young Living product: Stress Away™.
Vance has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and direct sales industries. He graduated from Taipei Medical University with a Bachelor of Science in June of 2000 before attending the Graduate Institute of Taipei Medical University to earn a Master of Science in pharmaceutics.
In 2003, Vance joined MSD Taiwan, a subsidiary of Merck, as a sales representative. In 2006, he stepped up to product manager. Then in 2009, he signed on with health and life sciences organization Sanofi as senior product manager. In May of 2014, he began working as Nu Skin’s education director for Greater China. Within a year, he was overseeing the marketing departments for both Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Vance joined Young Living in July of 2016, bringing with him a deep understanding of health products and global markets. He is devoted to leading Young Living Taiwan to greater success.
Vance is married, has a two-year-old son, and loves reading and traveling with his family and friends. His favorite Young Living product is Jade Lemon Vitality™ because of its unique flavor and because it originates from his home country of Taiwan.
