Help 5
Who can participate in this promotion?
Any active Young Living Canada member in good standing who qualifies can participate.
How do I earn the monthly Help 5 incentives?
You can earn the monthly Help 5 incentive by earning at least 5 points from the income-producing activities outlined in the Help 5 program, which are 1 point for a personal enrollment or reactivation* with a qualifying PSK purchase and/or 1 point for each personally enrolled member joining the Essential Rewards (ER) program.

*A reactivated member is an inactive Young Living member (in a terminated status) who the participant personally enrolls during the promotion period. Points will be awarded only for the purchase of one qualifying Premium Starter Kit per reactivated member during the promotional period.

How can I earn the Ultimate Help 5 Challenge Award?
Between July 1st-October 31st, 2018 you can earn Help 5 points towards earning one of six all-expense-paid trips. If you are one of the top six members with the highest number of qualifying Help 5 points, you get to choose from one of three destinations.
What are the awards for the Ultimate Help 5 Challenge?
The top six participants can choose from three all-expense paid trips (two of each trip will be available to choose from):
Transformational Women’s Retreat in Hawaii, lead by network marketing guru and life coach Richard Bliss Brooke (Approximate retail value $8,500 CAD).
Trip with the D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation to Guayaquil, Ecuador, to tour the Finca Botanica Farm, participate in a hands-on service project at the school and celebrate the graduating class of the Young Living Academy (Approximate retail value $4,600 CAD).

The winners of the Ultimate Help 5 Challenge will be announced and celebrated on stage at the 2018 Canadian Convention in Vancouver, B.C., November 2-4, 2018
What if I am a top six winner but am not attending Canadian Convention? How do I claim my prize?
Ultimate Help 5 Challenge Winners attending convention will be given priority in choosing their preferred travel award. Qualifiers in the top six who are not attending convention will be notified via the email address associated with their account, with detail regarding the remaining available travel awards, and must reply back with their preferred travel award no later than November 4th.
What happens in the event of a tie?
In the event of a tie between one or more participants for the top spot(s), Young Living will randomly select one participant between all tying participants.
If I win a trip but am not able to attend, can I transfer it to someone else?
No. Prizes are not transferrable. If you are unable to attend any one of the trips awarded, Young Living will offer the award to the next qualifying member. Please see official rules for more details.
Can the incentive or prize be purchased?
No. All prizes must be earned by qualifying for Help 5.
Where did the number 5 come from?
After looking over our member data, we discovered that our top performers and fastest growers were making a combination of five PSK enrollments and new ER enrollments on average consistently month after month.
What if there are errors with my Help 5 qualification?
All Help 5 qualification issues should be reported to Member Services canadacs@youngliving.com on or before the last day of the qualifying month.
After qualifying, what’s next?
Qualifiers will be notified by email to the email address Young Living has on file. This is the email used to log in into the Young Living Virtual Office. The email will include an exclusive link needed to claim your Help 5 prize(s).
What are the dates during which Help 5 points will be tracked?
Points will be tracked from the first day to the last day of each calendar month.
To earn points for enrolling members in ER, does it have to be their first time enrolling in ER? What if they were enrolled in ER in the past?
No. Reactivations on ER with a confirmed first purchase will be awarded points. For the purposes of this offer, a qualifying ER reactivation is a member who has not placed an ER order in the last six months.
Can I gift my points to people on my team?
No. All points are non-transferable.
Can I gift my reward to a team member (personal-development reward)?
No. All incentives are non-transferable.
If I drop below 5 points for one month, do I start over?
Each month you will start over again. To reward consistency, the Help 5 goal is to reach 5 points each month.
Where will I be able to see how many points I have?
Reporting will be available on the Help 5 landing page, updated weekly beginning May 7th, where you can view and track your point progress each month.
