Q. What rank am I competing with during the promotion?
A. Your rank will appear on the Dream 1000 leaderboard based on your paid-as rank from the month prior.
Q. If a member of my downline advances in rank and is located in an international or Not For Resale (NFR) market, will their advancement still count toward my Dream 1000 incentive points?
A. One of the ways you can earn points for the Dream 1000 promotion is when a personally enrolled team member—based on current commission structure—achieves a new paid-as rank. This includes members in international and NFR markets. Your current commission structure is the set of downline members within your sales organization whose purchases are commissionable to you in that month.
Q. When calculating points based on rank advancement, what does current commission structure mean?
A. Your current commission structure is the set of all members in your sales organization whose purchases are commissionable to you in that month.
Q. Can NFR members participate in the Dream 1000 promotion?
A. The promotion is open to those who have a primary billing address in Canada or the United States listed on their member account, and proof of citizenship in either of those countries.
Q. Which Premium Starter Kits count toward the personal enrollment requirement of the Dream 1000 promotion?
A. Any Premium Starter Kit, active in Canada or the United States as of April 1, 2019, counts toward the qualifying purchase point category. See the official promotion rules for Dream 1000- 2019 to find the full list of qualifying Premium Starter Kits. This list will be updated if Young Living launches additional Premium Starter Kits during the Dream 1000 promotion.
Q. What qualifies as a reactivation?
A. For Dream 1000, a reactivation is someone who has not placed an order with Young Living in at least 12 full calendar months and who places a minimum 100 PV order upon reactivating. Points for reactivations will be awarded to the original enroller.
Q. What qualifies as a first-time Essential Rewards order?
A. Dream 1000 points are awarded any time a personal enrollee places their first Essential Rewards order (of at least 100 PV) during the Dream 1000 promotion.
Q. Do the Dream 1000 rewards build on one another?
A. The Dream Oils rewards stack, meaning that every time you reach a new point tier (20, 30 and 40 points) you earn a new reward that builds upon the preceding award. Once you’ve earned the full Dream Oils reward (oils case and nine essential oils at 40 points), any additional points may help qualify you for one of the Dream 1000 grand prizes, based on your total points at the conclusion of the promotion. The grand prizes do not stack with other grand prizes; however, you may receive both the Dream Oils reward and a grand prize, assuming you qualify based on Dream 1000 point totals.
Q. If I advance to Star rank during the promotion, can I start competing?
A. Any Young Living member- including those who have never achieved a paid-as rank- who meets the contest requirements is eligible to earn points for the Dream 1000 promotion as soon as it begins. However, they will become eligible to qualify for a Dream 1000 grand prize only if they achieve the rank of paid-as Executive by July 31, 2019. For example, if a member (as of April 1, 2019) achieves the rank of Executive in June 2019, they will become eligible to claim their Dream 1000 grand prize, assuming they rank within the Dream 1000 leaderboard. If a member does not achieve the rank of Executive, the member is still qualified to receive the Dream Oils reward.
Q. Who can qualify for the Dream 1000 promotion?
A. The promotion, including both the Dream Oils and Grand Prizes, is open to active members who are in good standing with Young Living; who are 18 years of age or older or the majority age in their jurisdiction as of April 1, 2019; and who have a primary billing address listed on their member account in Canada or the United States, and proof of citizenship in one of those countries. To become eligible to claim a Grand Prize these members must also achieve the paid-as rank of Executive on or before July 31, 2019, and the Participant must have had a new downline member, whom the Participant personally enrolled during the Promotion Period, purchase a Qualifying Premium Starter Kit.
Q. When are points for the Dream 1000 promotion posted?
A. Points will be updated daily, with the exception of points derived from personal enrollee rank-ups, which will post after each monthly commission run. Points will be updated to reflect returns and other adjustments that may occur.
Q. Can participants transfer points for the Dream 1000 promotion to another person?
A. No, participants cannot transfer points for the promotion to another person. Points cannot be redeemed for any other Young Living event, program or product.
Q. Will a drop in rank affect points earned for the Dream 1000 promotion?
A. Any changes in rank through product returns or exchanges may result in a forfeit of the corresponding points earned for the Dream 1000 promotion.
Q. Do points earned for the Dream 1000 promotion have any cash value or Essential Rewards point value?
A. Points earned for the promotion have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded as such. All points expire after the promotion period ends. Points cannot be redeemed for any other Young Living event, program or product, including Essential Rewards.
Q. When will I be notified if I qualify for a Dream 1000 grand prize?
A. Winning participants will be notified in the middle of August 2019, once all point auditing has been completed.
Q. Am I eligible for a prize if I turn 18 during the promotion period?

Q. I had a baby recently. May I bring an infant with me?
A. Attendees are permitted to bring an infant within nursing age. Attendees must pay any extra costs associated with bringing their infant.
Q. May I bring my children with me to the Dream 1000 Dream Adventure in Hawaii?
A. Yes, you may bring children. However, attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations and food for any guests in addition to their one qualified guest. Swag will be provided only for the single qualified guest and will not be available for additional guests.
Q. Can I bring more than one guest on the Dream Adventure with me?
A. If winners would like to bring more than one guest on the trip, they may do so at their own cost. Any additional guest lodging, transportation, activities, meals or other event logistics will not be provided by Young Living and must be arranged by the winner. If additional rooms are required, they must be requested by emailing events@youngliving.com; availability will be assessed and we will inform the winner if the request can be accommodated. This communication will only happen once promotion winner registration is complete and rooms are assigned. Please be advised that all event activities, meals, excursions, transportation etc., are for qualifiers and their registered guest only.

A. For the duration of the promotion, participants are assigned to the market corresponding to their initial country of residence, as listed on their Young Living member account at the time the promotion period begins.
Q. How will Young Living select winners in the event of a tie?
A. In the event of a tie for any of the grand prize rewards, Young Living will randomly select a winner from the pool of affected participants.
Q. What rank type is being tracked through the promotion?
A. Dream 1000 personal enrollee rank-ups are based on paid-as rank, not recognized rank (i.e., three consecutive months qualifying at a given rank).
Q. Will my upline and I be receiving points from the same downline members? How can I win the contest when my upline is receiving the same downline rank advancement points I receive?
A. The Dream 1000 promotion is based on your personal efforts in building your business. This means that your upline will not receive any Dream 1000 points for your efforts, with the exception of you personally advancing your rank during the promotion.
Q. When will the Dream 1000 leaderboard be accessible?
A. The leaderboard will go live on April 8, 2019, the Monday following the promotion announcement at the Live Your Passion Rally. Promotion details will be accessible through Virtual Office beginning Saturday, April 6.
Q. How frequently will the leaderboard be updated?
A. The leaderboard will be updated daily, with the exception of those points tied to personal enrollee rank-ups. These will be updated after the close of each month’s commission run. Note: The final leaderboard update will be in August 2019, after July’s commissions have been finalized.
Q. How do I access my free subscription to The Club by Dr. Lindsey Elmore?
A. All Grand Prize winners will receive an email that includes instructions for accessing the online content available through The Club.
