Q: What is included in the Convention ticket price?

A: Access to all general session information, the YL Lifestyle Expo, Workshops, YL Fit events, and more! Visit www.youngliving.com/en_CA for more information about each incredible Convention component.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of Convention tickets I may purchase?

A: While there is no per member ticket limit, Convention ticket purchases are limited to two tickets per email address. This means that if you plan to purchase more than two tickets to Convention, you will need to register for each set of two tickets under a different email address. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Q: What is the cost to attend Canada’s National Convention?

A: Early Bird Registration (May 31, 2016-June 24, 2016): $159.00 + GST.

-Regular Registration (June 25, 2016-August 17, 2016): $199 +GST.


Q: Is there a refund policy?

A: Full ticket cancellation refunds will be offered until July 15, 2016 at 11:59 p.m., MT. No refunds after July 15, 2016.


Is there an event agenda?

A: Yes. Visit www.youngliving.com to begin planning your visit.

Q: Do I have to register for Workshops, or can I just drop into Workshop classes?

A: Yes, you must register to attend Convention Workshops, prior to Convention. You may review the available Workshops at www.youngliving.com to tailor your Convention experience to meet your learning objectives.


Q: The Workshop I want to attend is sold out. Can I just sneak in, or put my name on a waitlist?

A: Delegates who have registered for the workshop will be admitted into the session first. If space is still available, delegates who are not registered will be admitted on a first come first serve basis.


Q: Where is the best place to stay for my Convention visit?

A: Young Living has arranged special group rates with several hotels within walking distance of the Telus Convention Centre. Visit www.youngliving.com/en_CA to make your reservations.


Q: What options do I have for getting from the airport to my hotel?

A: To book a shuttle from the airport to a hotel in the downtown core go to www.airportshuttlecalgary.ca/downtown_schedules.

Taxi Service is available at the airport and is approximately $40 one-way to most downtown hotels.


Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Business casual dress is recommended for General Sessions, Workshops, and the YL Lifestyle Expo. Be sure to bring your favourite workout attire for YL Fit.


Q: Can I expect to be recognized for my achievements this year?

A: We are in the process of planning this right now! Check back for more information in the coming weeks.


Q: What events are available at Convention for an additional fee?

A: Kid’s Camp and Young Living Spa services are for-fee add-ons you may register for in addition to your Convention ticket. You may purchase Kid’s Camp tickets, and make your Spa reservations while registering for Convention.

Q: What if I need to make changes to my Convention registration?

A: To make changes to your registration, go to https://www.eply.com/YLCanadaConvention2016/login. Login using the email address used to register for Convention, and the password provided in your registration confirmation email.


Q: Something has come up, and I need to transfer my Convention ticket. Is that possible?

A: Yes. There will be a $25 service fee per ticket transferred. To initiate a ticket transfer,

1) Email LiveYourPassion.CA@youngliving.comwith your name, member ID, and information about the ticket you’d like to transfer.

2) Please also include the name, member ID, and email address of the individual you’d like to transfer your ticket to.

3) Young Living will not coordinate the exchange of money between transferees. Any money transactions will have to occur between you and the new attendee. No transfers will be accepted after July 29, 2016.


Q: I heard that the Northern Lights Farm Grand Opening was happening around the time of Convention. Is that still true?

A: We had originally announced the Grand Opening would be August 29th. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule. While we cannot share the dates at this time, please keep your eyes open for more Farm Grand Opening details to emerge in the coming days and weeks.

YOUNG LIVING SPA FAQs

Q: What Spa services are available?

A: The Young Living Spa offers Therapeutic Massage with Essential Oils, Facial Photo, and our proprietary Raindrop Technique®. Visit www.youngliving.com/en_CA to learn more about this Convention getaway.


Q: Can I change the time of my Spa appointment?

A: Yes, you may make changes to your Spa appointment time up until August 17, 2016. Simply go to https://www.eply.com/YLCanadaConvention2016/login. Login using the email address used to register for Convention, and the password provided in your registration confirmation email. Once logged in you may make the time change.


Q: I purchased Spa services, but am no longer interested. Are Spa services refundable?

A: Yes. Spa service cancellation refunds will be offered until July 15, 2016 at 11:59 p.m., MT. No refunds after July 15, 2016.


Q: Can I transfer my Spa appointment to someone else?

KID’S CAMP FAQs

Q: What is Kid’s Camp?

A: Kids Camp is packed full of fun with contests, art, and games, an opportunity for your little ones to experience the Young Living lifestyle and help them discover their passion at a young age.


Q: What is included with a Kid’s Camp ticket?

A: Two full days of camp (August 26 – 27 from 7:30 am – 9:30 pm MT), lunch and two snacks per day, and engaging games, art, and contents the kids will love.


Q: I purchased tickets to Camp but my kids will no longer be joining me. Are Kid’s Camp tickets refundable?

A: Full Kid’s Camp ticket cancellation refunds will be offered until July 15, 2016 at 11:59 p.m., MT. No refunds after July 15, 2016.

Q: My child has food allergies, and other special needs. Who can I contact to discuss the details prior to dropping them off at Kid’s Camp?

A: At the time of registration you have the ability to provide any special information about your child. When you drop them off at Kid’s Camp, you may also discuss any concerns with the Kid’s Camp team.


Q: Are there age restrictions for Kid's Camp?

A: Kid's Camp is open to children ages 6 months to 17 years old.


Q: Will Kid's Camp activities be tailored to the age of the child?

A: Once registration is complete, Kid’s Camp registrants will be divided into age groups to most successfully cater to the age of the child.
