ALL Registration fees and are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance or non-qualification for the event.
Late Registrations will not be accepted after close of business EDST Monday 29, February 2016 and no exceptions will be made.
The Promotion is open to active Australian Young Living members (“Members”) who are in good standing with Young Living, are 18 years of age or older as of November 1, 2015 and who have their primary billing address in the Australia.
This promotion shall EXCLUDE all Members in NFR markets. Void where prohibited. Active members are Members who have made a purchase of at least 50 PV in the last 12 months and signed the Young Living Member Agreement. Participation in this Promotion is restricted to Members in Australia only, qualifying participants may not earn points when they personally enrol Members in other countries.A Member must earn a minimum of 9,000 points during the Promotion Period in order to qualify to participate in the Promotion.
Members must earn a minimum of 9,000 points during the promotion period to qualify to attend the Leap in Lavender adventure trip. Earning the point minimum, however, does not guarantee a spot, as only the 25 highest total point earners will either be awarded the trip or Young Living will significantly contribute toward the trip. You personally enrol a new member between November 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016, who has purchased one of the Premium Starter Kits (Item Nos. 546202, 546302, 546502) - 150 points *Points will not be added for any member who earns the free Premium Starter Kit with an initial Essential Rewards order over 300PV
Between November 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016, you personally reactivate anyone in your organization who has not made a purchase of 50 PV or more in at least 12 consecutive months with at least a 100 PV order - 150 points
Your personally enrolled new member (enrolled between November 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016) enrols in and maintains* an Essential Rewards order with at least 100 PV each month - 150 points *If member cancels Essential Rewards order or skips a month for any reason, they will no longer earn “maintenance” points in this category.
You personally enrol a new member between November 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016, with one of the Premium Starter Kits (Item Nos. 546202, 546302, 546502) and with an Essential Rewards order, for a combined PV of at least 190 PV - 250 points
A member you personally enrol between November 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016, personally enrols a new member* with a Premium Starter Kit, unless not available in a particular market**, on his or her enrolling order - 250 points*If your personally enrolled member is from a non-participating market, points will not be earned for anyone they personally enrol.
Organization Group Volume (“OGV”). Each month a Member increases his/her OGV over the base,* the Member will earn 50 points for every 500 OGV increase, to earn a maximum of 1000 points per month during the Promotion Period. Member starting base is determined by total OGV as of October 31, 2015. OGV base may vary depending on returns/exchanges.
*OGV base will reset each month Member’s OGV increases. For example, if base OGV is 6000 on October 31, 2015 and the Member increases to 7000 OGV on November 30, 2015, the Member’s new OGV base is 7000. However, if base OGV is 6000 on October 31, 2015, then member OGV decreases to 5000 on October 31, 2015, the member’s OGV base will remain at 6000 for the following month and must increase to over 6000 OGV to earn points. The first base will be set on October 31, 2015, and will be updated on the last day of each month.
The minimum point threshold to qualify for a Prize in the Promotion is 9,000 points. Prizes will be awarded to at least 25 participants with the highest point totals over 9,000 and the Prizes will be awarded in the order of points earned. In the event of a tie, ranking will be determined by highest OGV during the promotion period.
Promotion participants may earn points during the Promotion Period. A leaderboard of the top 100 point earners will be available in Virtual Office. Points will be accumulated based upon enrollments and reactivations that purchase a Starter Kit as defined in these Official Rules, and enrolled members of your team participating in the Essential Rewards program as described above during the Promotion Period.
Point Calculation: Points earned are calculated and updated on a daily basis and reflected on the Point Standings page in Virtual Office.
Points Earned: Points earned may be used toward the promotion.
Point Expiration: All points expire after the Promotion Period has ended. Points cannot be redeemed for any other Young Living event, program, or product.
Point Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded as such.
Backdating: Points earned through backdating will be handled on a case by case basis.
Returns: Any product returns or exchanges may result in the corresponding points being forfeited.
Free Premium Starter Kits: Points will not be added for any member who earns the free Premium Starter Kit with an initial Essential Rewards order over 300PV
Prize winners will be selected following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, on May 6th, 2016, this is the final date for points’ movement. Young Living may take up to two weeks to conduct and audit to verify point totals and announce winners.
Participants will have access to a detailed breakdown of their point totals through Virtual Office. A list of Prize winners will be available on Virtual Office (YoungLiving.org/au/vologon.asp) once the winners have been selected and points have been totaled and verified following the conclusion of the Promotion.
The following prizes may be awarded to winners of the Promotion (collectively, “Prizes”, each a “Prize”):
1st place: An all-expense-paid Young Living Leap in Lavender adventure for the winner and one guest. In addition, a 3 day trip to London including 1 day trip to Young Living’s new European headquarters and 1 day Big Bus tour around London. (RRP $15,000 AUD per person)
2nd place through 10th place: An all-expense-paid Young Living Leap in Lavender adventure for the winner and one companion. (RRP $9,000 AUD per person)
11th through 20th place: An all-expense-paid Young Living Leap in Lavender adventure for the winner (RRP $9,000 AUD per person), plus an opportunity to take one companion to which Young Living will subsidize AUD $2,500 towards their trip. Companion will pay AUD $6,500.
21th through 25th place: The winner will receive AUD $4,500 towards their overall costs, subsidized by Young Living. Winner will pay AUD $4,500. The winner also has the opportunity to take one companion to which Young Living will subsidize AUD $2,000 towards their trip. Companion will pay AUD $7,000 (RRP $9,000 AUD).
Young Living is not responsible for and the winners will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of a Prize at the time of award and the RRP stated in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related correspondence or materials. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the Prize is used in whole or in part. In no event will Young Living be responsible for awarding more than the Prizes stated herein. “All-expense-paid” for this Promotion will be limited to travel, lodging, and gift card allowances provided to the winner by Young Living in Young Living’s sole discretion. In the event there are not enough eligible Members to award all Prizes, Young Living reserves the right to only award the number of Prizes as there are eligible Members. Any Prizes not awarded after the Promotion Period may remain unawarded. Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash , except that Young Living reserves the right, at Young Living's sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) for a prize of greater or equal value. Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
If a Member wins the 'Around the World Trip' in the Drive to Win promotion, they cannot also win a fully paid trip for two in the Leap in Lavender promotion. However they may participate in a subsidised trip for two.
The event value and program at any level of award is not transferable to another party or person within your member organisation, family or related persons.
Upon qualifying, participants will receive a formal invitation together with specific event details including contact information to RSVP and coordinate arrangements for the event.
Your invited Spouse, Member or Guest will not be able to attend Leap in Lavender 2016 without you.
All travel must be provided by Young Living Australia’s chosen air carrier and all trains, boat, coaches and other services must be booked and coordinated by Young Living Australia on behalf of all attendees.
Reimbursement of other travel arrangements outside of the event schedule will not be provided for by Young Living.
Any travel arrangements pre or post the Leap in Lavender event will be at the participant’s expense. Expenses outside of the event allowance must be paid in full prior travel and will be subject to ticketing and fare rules of all service providers for the event.
Passport, Visa and Health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travelers. Passports are required for all travelers departing Australia. Permanent residents travelling on a foreign passport must hold a valid Australian Re-entry Visa. All travelers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Australia.
Travel Insurance and coverage for pre-existing medical conditions is the responsibility of the individual. Young Living will not be responsible for additional assistance or amendments to the program as a result of effect or as a cause of these conditions. Proof of valid travel insurance coverage id required before young Living will issue Travel Documents.
In no event shall Young Living be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, arising out of or in any way connected with the travel arrangements made.
Young Living and its third party suppliers as engaged for the purpose of the Leap in Lavender 2016 event take reasonable care that the travel and other information provided is correct but is subject to amendment at any time without notice.
