1st to 16th Essential Rewards Incentive

How long will this Incentive be available for?

Members who have enrolled in this program between September 1st 2015 - December 31st 2015 are eligible for this promotion and the 3 month incentive gift will be honored to those members. Qualification for this promotion ends close of business EST 31st December 2015.
Examples of who is able to qualify for this promotion:
A member who has started their qualification in September 2015 (qualifying September, October & November 2015) will be sent the 3 month gift
A member who has started their qualification in October 2015 (qualifying October, November & December 2015) will be sent the 3 month gift
A new member who has started their qualification in November 2015 (qualifying November, December 2015 & January 2016) receives the 3 month gift in the next consecutive Essential Rewards order after submitting the 3 month 1 -16 Essential Rewards Incentive voucher by fax or email to er.redemption.au@youngliving.com.au
A new member who has started their qualification start in December 2015 (qualifying December 2015, January & February 2016) receives the 3 month gift in the next consecutive Essential Rewards order after submitting the 3 month 1 -16 Essential Rewards Incentive voucher by fax or email to er.redemption.au@youngliving.com.au
A new member who has started their Essential Rewards order between 17th - 31st December 2015, has the chance to move their Essential Rewards ordering date to between the 1st - 16th January 2016 and then qualify for the 3 month gift (qualifying January, February & March 2016). They will be sent the 3 month gift after submitting the 3 month 1 -16 Essential Rewards Incentive voucher by fax or email to er.redemption.au@youngliving.com.au
Members can only qualify for 1 gift, which is after 3 months of consecutive Essential Rewards orders between the 1st-16th of each consecutive month

What is the 1st to the 16th Essential Rewards Incentive?

By placing your monthly Essential Rewards orders on a date between the 1st to the 16th of each consecutive month you’ll be eligible to receive a free gift.
Is this Incentive a separate Incentive to the 3,6,9, 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive?

Who

Does the 1st to 16th Essential Rewards date Incentive apply for new wholesale Essential reward members?
Yes

● New members who join Young Living after the 1st of September 2015 who enrol/start on Essential Rewards in their very first order and place their Essential Rewards order between the dates of the 1st – 16th

● New members who join Young Living on the Essential Rewards program between the dates of the 17th – 28th of a month who place their next Essential Rewards order with a minimum of a 100PV order between the 1st - 16th date of the 2nd consecutive month from joining Young Living

Existing members (Existing members means a wholesale member who joined Young Living before September 2015):

● Existing members who are already using the Essential Rewards program from September 1st 2015 who place or already have their Essential Reward date between the 1st – 16th of September 2015 and/or 1st – 16th of October 2015 and then each consecutive month after that

● Existing members who have never previously used Essential Rewards, who enrol/start their Essential Reward date between the 1st – 16th of September 2015 and/or 1st – 16th October 2015 and then each consecutive month after that

● Existing members who have previously been on Essential Rewards, who have previously cancelled Essential Rewards, who re-enrol/re-start their Essential Reward date between the 1st – 16th of September 2015 and/or 1st – 16th October 2015 and then each consecutive month after that

● Re-activating members who Young Living after the 1st of September 2015 who enrol/start on Essential Rewards in their very first order and place their Essential Rewards order between the dates of the 1st – 16th

● Re-activating members who start/enroll in Young Living on the Essential Rewards program between the dates of the 17th – 28th of a month, who place the next Essential Rewards order with a minimum of a 100PV order by 16th date of the 2nd consecutive month from joining Young Living

When does the 1st to 16th Essential Rewards date Incentive Start?
Available from the 1st of September 2015.
Can current Young Living members start this Essential Rewards Incentive between the 1st – 16th October 2015?
Yes
If an existing member doesn’t have a 100PV Essential Rewards order in September, does that mean they will miss out on this Incentive?
No. A member can start this Incentive between September 1st 2015 – October 16th 2015.
If my monthly Essential Rewards orders are already before the 16th of the month, do I need to do anything to qualify?
If your Essential Reward month order date is before the 16th of every month, you need to be placing an Essential Rewards order each month of a minimum of 100PV to qualify. You must send the appropriate form in to Young Living Australia the claim your gift

Do the months I placed my ER orders between the dates of the 1st – 16th before September 2015 count for this Essential Rewards Incentive?
No

Minimum PV for Orders

Does the 1st to the 16th Incentive require a minimum PV for Essential Rewards orders?
Yes, this incentive applies for 100PV or more consecutive Essential Rewards orders.
If an existing member is currently using Essential Rewards with 50PV orders or ER orders below 100PV, can they qualify for this Essential Rewards Incentive in the future?
A member needs to have a minimum of 100PV ER order between the dates of the 1st – 16th of every month to qualify. If they are not currently ordering 100PV ER orders, they need to start placing 100PV Essential Rewards orders between September 1st 2015 – October 16th 2015 to be eligible to qualify for this Incentive.
What happens if a member has a 100PV Essential Rewards order after September 2015 but a future month’s ER order is 50PV or below 100PV?
If a member has had an ER order for 100PV in a month from September 2015 between the dates of the 1st – 16th their Essential Rewards date Incentive will have started - if they then place a subsequent ER order below 100PV, their Essential Rewards Incentive will stop and they will no longer qualify for this Incentive. It is not possible to re-start the Incentive again at a later month.

Do I need to register for this Incentive?
Yes. To claim your gift you need to fill out the appropriate form and send it by fax or email to Young Living Australia.

How to Claim the Free Gifts

To claim the free gift, you need to send the 3 month 1 – 16th Incentive forms, then fax or email the forms to Young Living at er.redemption.au@youngliving.com.au
Where are the Forms?

You will find the forms in the ‘Distributor Resources’ section of the Young Living Classic Virtual Office and in the “Member Resources” section of the Young Living New Virtual Office.

As from the 1st of September 2015 the forms will also be included in the Basic Starter Kit and Premium Starter Kit.

Do I automatically receive my incentive gift?
No. You must submit the appropriate form to young Living Australia to receive your incentive gift
What happens if the member has an Essential Rewards order below 100PV for a month?
The Essential Rewards date Incentive will stop for them. They will not be able to continue in future months. They will not be able re-start the Incentive.
What happens if a member has an Essential Rewards grace month (a one month off Essential Rewards) - does their Essential Rewards Incentive stop?
A grace month will not be allowed. If a member has a grace month the member no longer qualifies for the 1st – 16th Essential Rewards date incentive.
What happens if the member moves their date out of the 1st – 16th date requirement?
The Essential Rewards date Incentive will stop for them. They will not be able to continue in future months. They will not be able re-start the incentive.
