    Flights and Accommodation

    Members will be responsible for their own flights and accommodation requirements. You’ll find many hotels and various accommodation to suit all budgets and preferences close to the International Convention Centre Sydney. Once you have chosen yours, please make your own booking as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

    IMPORTANT: When booking your flights, note that the Registration Desk and the Product Display will not be open until 3:00pm on the Friday, and that General Session commences at 6:00pm. Unlike Convention, there are no workshops or other activities, except for oil sampling, on Friday prior to General Session.
    Saturday’s agenda concludes 4:30pm. Attendance at the Finale Party from 7.30pm to 10.30pm is optional. Subsidized tickets are AUD$39.

    Ben Riley

    Ben Riley has over 20 years’ experience in the direct selling industry and a long history with Young Living. He began his career with Young Living in 1998 and put himself through college working the graveyard shift in the shipping department at Young Living's warehouse and headquarters. After graduating with a business degree from Utah State University, Ben embarked on a 15-year journey of direct sales management in markets across the globe. He returned to Young Living in 2016 as the regional president of North America. In 2017, he was named Executive Vice President of Global Sales, and in 2018 he became Young Living's Chief Sales Officer.

I have deep affection for the Young family, Young Living's amazing mission, brand partners and markets across the globe, and the hard-working corporate team.     Rick Arnold

    Rick has an outstanding 30-year record in the direct sales industry. He’s spent 18 years in corporate management and an additional 10 years as a top distributor with a major industry leader.

    Rick holds a diploma of education, majoring in science, music, psychology, and English. He also has a Certificate IV in frontline management and a graduate certificate in business management from Adelaide University. As a General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, Rick is passionate about Young Living, its unique products, and company philosophy and feels a personal connection to its mission.

    Amanda Stevens

    After wowing audiences in 14 countries for more than a decade on the speaking circuit. Amanda is a Certified Speaking Professional, one of the highest accolades given to a professional speaker by the Professional Speakers Association of Australia.

    Amanda’s specialty is the customer experience. She’s passionate about it, blogs about it and writes books about it. But her approach transcends a one-dimensional customer service message; her content is based on powerful, proven and practical strategies for turning customers into advocates and it can be applied to any industry.

    With a double degree in marketing and consumer psychology, Amanda has authored five books and is highly regarded as a marketing consultant, having been engaged to work with brands such as Microsoft, Westpac, Foxtel, Lend Lease, Priceline, and even advising at the highest levels of Australian politics.

    Steven Bradbury

    Speed Skater Steven Bradbury collected the most unlikely, unthinkable gold medals in the history of the Olympics. Australia's first Winter Olympic Gold medal. Steve will join our Thrive event and tell his amazingly inspirational story of triumph over adversity, of how he underwent years of obsessive training, pain, setbacks, sacrifice, and life threatening injuries and of how he armed himself with the information and tools he needed to achieve this amazing success. This is a powerful, entertaining, and transformational talk, one you’ll remember forever.

    Transitioning from being an expert speed skater to an expert keynote speaker and after dinner entertainer has been an interesting ride over the last 15 years. Steven Bradbury has presented at over 1350 conferences and events in 21 countries and still loves it. He thoroughly enjoys the adrenaline before going onstage and loves that his strategies for success in business and in life are able to inspire and help people.

    Dr Ross Walker

    Dr Ross Walker is one of Australia’s leading preventative health experts and a renowned keynote speaker and life coach around the world. He’s a regular face on Australian TV screens and radio waves, with his straight-shooting advice and vast knowledge making him one of the country’s most sought-after health commentators. While his area of expertise lies in heart health, Dr Walker is passionate about all areas of health and has built his career helping Australians live happier and healthier lives.

    After more than 40 years in his field, Dr Walker has seen it all and is here to help you sift through the often confusing and conflicting medical advice, with helpful advice and tips on how to stay healthier for longer.

    When he’s not gracing the airwaves, Dr Walker is running his medical practice on the upper north shore of Sydney, where he provides services in all aspects of echocardiography. He has also authored seven best-selling books on preventative health and lectures both nationally and internationally on this subject.

    Bethany Shipley – Young Living Diamond, USA

    Bethany Shipley fell in love with Young Living 3-days after she had her first baby in August 2014. She found herself totally in love with being a mother while also craving a big vision and mission for her life outside of her new role. The idea of "having it all" manifested in network marketing and the rest of the story is just the beginning!

    As a 28-year-old entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, wife, and mom of 4, Bethany craves to infuse a new perspective that everyone has a unique and special purpose. She believes that finding a way to get paid for uncovering that purpose is the best way to have a fulfilling life.

    Ryan Barson -  Young Living Senior Vice President of Sales, APAC

    Ryan Barson joined Young Living in January 2022 as Senior Vice President of Sales, for the APAC region. His knowledge of Direct Sales and Network Marketing is both broad and deep, having amassed over 20 years' industry experience across numerous key business functions, including international business development, operations, marketing and sales.

    With a genuine passion for helping others to achieve their goals, Ryan's greatest professional joy is watching those he has helped celebrate their success.

    In his downtime, Ryan is a keen triathlete and talented artist, who enjoys spending quality time with his wife Heather and their four wonderful boys.

    Parents Room

    Parents with nursing infants and toddlers are welcome to retreat to the Parents Room which will be well-equipped and available for the duration of the event. To ensure you don’t miss a moment, live streaming from the main session will be broadcast in this room.

    Please note that there will be no Kids Club at this event.

    When payment is made, your credit card statement will show a debit to ‘EventBrite’.
    Tickets are non-refundable and no discount will be given for partial event attendance.
    $235 AUD ticket price includes a Welcome / registration gift, stage presentations, morning tea and lunch on Saturday. It does not cover any transportation or accommodation expenses.
    Finale party tickets sold separately on EventBrite for $39 AUD and includes 2.5 hours of non-alcoholic beverages and canapes and live entertainment.
    A welcome / registration gift will only be provided to members who attend the event. Where a member is unable to attend, the gift cannot be collected on their behalf nor shipped later.
