1. Clean ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Most commercial candles are made from paraffin wax because it\u2019s a cheap byproduct of gasoline production. While soy and beeswax candles are cleaner, they still have some drawbacks when it comes to safety and vegan friendliness.<\/p>\n

Air fresheners aren\u2019t a clean alternative either, as they\u2019re made from fragrance oils dissolved in alcohol. Not to be confused with essential oils, fragrance oils are manufactured in a lab to mimic scents found in nature.<\/p>\n
