target=\"_blank\">Coriander Vitality\u2122  Essential Oil<\/a>\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 tsp ground\u00a0turmeric\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>4 drops of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_US\/products\/lime-vitality-5ml\" target=\"_blank\">Lime Vitality\u2122  Essential Oil<\/a>\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 drop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_US\/products\/black-pepper-vitality-5ml\" target=\"_blank\">Black Pepper Vitality\u2122  Essential Oil<\/a>\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 cup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_US\/products\/organic-dried-wolfberries\" target=\"_blank\">dried Wolfberries<\/a>\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 packed cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 packed cup chopped fresh parsley leaves\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 packed cup chopped fresh dill\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n\n            <\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"zrdn-block-wrap zrdn-instructions\"  >    <h3 class=\"zrdn-recipe-label zrdn-instructions-label\">\n        Instructions    <\/h3>\n<ul class=\"zrdn-list zrdn-instructions-list nobullets  zrdn-element_instructions\">\n\t\t            <li>Peel the potatoes and place them in a large pot of boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until soft, but not mushy. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Drain the potatoes, dry them, and cube them.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a cast-iron skillet on medium. Stir in the garlic, red pepper flakes, and dried wolfberries. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the turmeric. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Toss in the potatoes, and mix well to coat. Add the fresh cilantro, parsley and dill. Cook for 4 more minutes.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Remove from heat. Mix 2 tablespoon of olive oil with all the Vitality Essential Oils.
