<li>2 avocados\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 drops <a href=\" https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_US\/products\/lemon-vitality-5ml\" target=\"_blank\">Lemon Vitality\u2122<\/a>\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 drop <a href=\" https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_US\/products\/lime-vitality-5ml\" target=\"_blank\">Lime Vitality\u2122<\/a>\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 tablespoon fresh lime juice\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>\u00bc teaspoon chili powder\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 clove garlic, minced\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1\u20132 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped <\/li>\n\n            <\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"zrdn-block-wrap zrdn-element_instructions\">\n\t\t            <li>Place oven racks in upper and lower thirds of your oven and preheat to 425\u2070 F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and lightly coat with olive oil.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Dip a toothpick into Black Pepper Vitality essential oil and swirl the toothpick in 1\u00bd tablespoons olive oil. Continue blending essential oil and olive oil until you\u2019ve reached your desired flavor.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Scrub sweet potatoes until clean and cut into \u00bd-inch slices. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets, then brush sweet potato tops with olive oil mixture. Sprinkle slices with salt. Roast for 20\u201325 minutes or until golden brown underneath. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>If you\u2019re not using mozzarella, flip slices and roast for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through. If you are using mozzarella, remove sweet potatoes from the oven at 8 minutes, top with a mozzarella slice, return to oven, and bake for remaining 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Remove baking sheets from oven and set aside to cool slightly.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Meanwhile, in a small bowl, use a fork to mash together avocados, Lemon Vitality, Lime Vitality, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Top slices with a dollop of avocado mixture and garnish with chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
