nobullets\"\">\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Saute celery, carrots, and onion for 5\u20137 minutes.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Cook quinoa in vegetable stock until done  \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Combine quinoa, saut\u00e9ed veggies, and wolfberries.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Combine 1 teaspoon olive oil with Vitality essential
