\n            <li>3 tablespoons water \r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 cup vegetable broth\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 cup light coconut milk\r<\/li>\n\n            \n <li>Stir in vegetable broth and coconut milk, reserving 2 tablespoons of the milk. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Stir in <a
