From breakfast to dinner and snacks in between, we\u2019ve got you covered!<\/p>\n<p>Vicky talked to UCLA-registered dietitian, <strong>Nancee Jaffe<\/strong> for some <strong>nutrition tips<\/strong> while compiling the meal plan, and Nancee emphasized the meal that\u2019s easiest to forget: <span style=\"color: #333333\"><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>breakfast<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span> She gave us helpful advice to keep in mind when we\u2019re rushing to put something together in the morning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">\u201cI generally recommend 10\u201320 grams of protein at breakfast\u2014this can look like a homemade protein smoothie, 3\u20135 egg whites, or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter,\u201d she said. \u201cResearch shows that protein increases satiety, or feelings of satisfaction and fullness, without dramatically increasing calories.
