<li>1.\tPlace eggs on the counter and allow them to reach room temperature. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 F.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>2.\tLine an 8\u00d78-inch baking dish with parchment paper. If you are having troubles getting the paper to stick in place, lightly grease the pan and set the parchment on top.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>3.\tIn a food processor or blender, add oats, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend until the oats turn into a fine flour-like texture.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>4.\tIn a separate dish, melt coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove. Allow to cool but not harden.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>5.\tAdd room-temperature eggs, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Peppermint Vitality to the food processor and process until everything is well combined. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the edges in between pulsing, if needed. You will be left with a thick batter.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>6.\tOnce all of the ingredients are fully incorporated, add \u00bc cup chocolate chips or more if you enjoy a stronger chocolate flavor.
