cheddar cheese, grated\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 minced garlic clove (optional)\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 large egg, lightly beaten\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>\u00bd cup cold water\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>1 drop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_US\/products\/black-pepper-vitality-5ml\" target=\"_blank\">Black Pepper <li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. With two butter knives, cut in the solid coconut oil, mixing evenly. Add cheese and garlic, stirring thoroughly. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Add cold water to beaten egg. Add essential oils to egg mixture. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Make a crater in the center of the dry mixture and pour the egg mixture into the hole. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Stir until a dough ball forms. Knead about 1 minute. Place on a floured board and roll into a rectangle shape, about 10x6 inches and about \u00bd inch thick. Use additional flour as needed. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Parallel to the long edge, cut into 1 inch-thick strips. Gently twist two strips together into a braid. Place on a greased cookie sheet. \r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Bake for 15\u201318 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle coarse salt on top of braids.
