It may seem cliché, but it’s no secret that we’re bombarded every day by all kinds of external stresses. And is it just me, or does it seem like life gets more hectic the older we get? It’s easy to take for granted the negative role stress can play in our lives—draining us physically, mentally, and emotionally.
