Recipe: NingXia Red Sherbet

I love ice cream—especially homemade ice cream. Knowing my love for this generally unhealthy treat, I decided to experiment with a healthier option using Young Living products.

Try this delicious recipe for NingXia Red Sherbet:



Mix together almond milk, NingXia Red, Yacon Syrup, Tangerine essential oil, and vanilla extract. If desired, open Life 5 capsules and add to the mix. Add ingredients to an ice cream or yogurt maker. Add the fruit halfway through the freezing process or when serving (this keeps the fruit from freezing solid). I also like to soak the wolfberries in NingXia Red to make them juicier.

    I want to switch out some NingXia Red for some new NITRO and call it POWERED BY NITRO Sherbet!

      Grab two large freezer bags fill halfway with a little water, ice cubes and salt until you can’t get anymore to dissolve.. put thevingredoents in the second bag, insert in the ice bag… seal tightly… massage till the inner bag feels like ice cream you can do this with yogurt, ice cream ingredients, serbet of many kinds… my kids love the science of it. You can probably find better instructions on google f thses are unclear..
