I love Peach and Calming. It has also helped so many of my coaching clients! There is something so wonderfully soothing about it. Lavender is a miraculous little plant, isn’t it? So many helpful things it does. It helps me sleep. Brain Power, on the other hand, is a great help to memory and gives me a sense of being awake.
