Hi! I love to use Young Living Vitality oils in my smoothies. I call them ‘Special Drinks’ for the kids. One of our favorite is made with Raw Milk (cow). I use a magic bullet, so fill up about 1/2 way with milk. Then had 2 heaping T. of Cocoa powder. 1 T. of Young Living Blue Agave syrup. Then, 2 tsp. of raw sesame seeds, 1/2 of a frozen banana, a few ice cubes, and 1 drop of Young Living Peppermint Vitality oil. It’s a fabulous Chocolate/ Peppermint Smoothie!
