Due to the Region\u2019s isolation, knowledge of this remarkable superfruit remained relatively hidden from Western culture. After wolfberries are harvested, they will be cleaned and pureed to preserve nutrients from both the juice and pulp, then bottled after mixing with fruit extracts including blueberries and cherries, as well as citrus essential oils.
