V\u00e4rm 1 matsked olivolja i en stor stekpanna och tillaga 1 riven morot och 1 palsternacka i sm\u00e5 bitar i gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongen i cirka 5 minuter tills gr\u00f6nsakerna har mjuknat. Tills\u00e4tt 1 finhackad l\u00f6k, 2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, 150 g finhackad svamp och tillaga i 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg 200 g kastanjer, 100 g hasseln\u00f6tter, 50 g cashewn\u00f6tter och 50 g solrosfr\u00f6n i en mixer och blanda tills n\u00f6tterna \u00e4r finhackade. Blanda och tills\u00e4tt 1 msk tomatpur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop alla ingredienserna och tills\u00e4tt 3 stora, l\u00e4tt vispade \u00e4gg. Tills\u00e4tt 4 droppar Black Pepper Plus, 1 droppe Thyme Plus, 1 msk finhackad f\u00e4rsk timjan, 250 ml gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och 1 tsk r\u00f6kt paprikapulver.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda allt i en stor sk\u00e5l, h\u00e4ll ut i en ugnsform och tryck ner smeten n\u00e5got. T\u00e4ck med folie och gr\u00e4dda i 30 minuter. Ta av folien och gr\u00e4dda i ytterligare 20 minuter tills den k\u00e4nns fast.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja samtidigt g\u00f6ra s\u00e5sen. Stek 2 msk olivolja extra virgin p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och tills\u00e4tt alla ingredienser till s\u00e5sen. Sjud i cirka 15 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt 3 msk mandelmj\u00f6lk, 1 droppe Nutmeg Plus och \u00bd tsk r\u00f6kt paprikapulver f\u00f6r en kryddig smak. L\u00e4gg dem i en stor kastrull och t\u00e4ck med kokande vatten. Koka i 20 minuter och h\u00e4ll sedan av vattnet. S\u00e4tt en ugnsform i ugnen och s\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt 1 droppe Rosemary Plus och 1 droppe Thyme Plus i en flaska olivolja 200 ml.
