I den h\u00e4r bloggen kommer vi att prata om B-vitamin och alla dess positiva f\u00f6rdelar f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa dig att se till att du f\u00e5r i dig tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket B-vitamin och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur det kan hj\u00e4lpa dig i livet.<\/p>\n<h2>Vad \u00e4r B-vitamin?<\/h2>\n<p>Det finns \u00e5tta olika B-vitaminer som alla bidrar till kroppens funktioner. H\u00e4r g\u00e5r vi igenom de olika B-vitaminerna:<\/p>\n<h3>B1 (tiamin)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tiamin var ett av de f\u00f6rsta B-vitaminerna som uppt\u00e4cktes och kallas d\u00e4rf\u00f6r B1. Vitaminet finns i mat, kosttillskott och multivitaminer. Som med alla B-vitaminer \u00e4r tiamin vattenl\u00f6sligt och hj\u00e4lper kroppen att omvandla mat till energi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B2 (riboflavin)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Riboflavin, vitamin B2, finns i tillr\u00e4ckliga m\u00e4ngder i de flesta mj\u00f6lkprodukterna och finns \u00e4ven i \u00e4ggulor och r\u00f6tt k\u00f6tt. Vitaminet h\u00e5ller \u00f6gonen, huden och nervsystemet friskt och hj\u00e4lper kroppen att anv\u00e4nda energin fr\u00e5n mat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B3 (niacin)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Niacin \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r att kroppen ska fungera som den ska. Det finns i olika livsmedel men \u00e4ven i kosttillskott och omvandlar mat till energi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B5 (pantotensyra)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pantotensyra bidrar till en normal energioms\u00e4ttning och normala psykiska funktioner och \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r otroligt viktig f\u00f6r kroppen. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 i sig pantotensyra eftersom den finns i m\u00e5nga livsmedel s\u00e5som broccoli, k\u00e5l, s\u00f6tpotatis och potatis och \u00e4ven fullkornsflingor. Livsmedel som inneh\u00e5ller h\u00f6ga halter av vitamin B6 \u00e4r bland annat kik\u00e4rtor, kycklingbr\u00f6st och tofu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B7 (biotin)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>B-vitamin, och s\u00e4rskilt biotin, \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r huden, h\u00e5ret och nerverna. En h\u00e4lsosam och balanserad kost b\u00f6r ge tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket biotin, men man kan \u00e4ven hitta vitaminet i olika kosttillskott.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B9 (folsyra)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitamin B9 \u00e4r ett viktigt vitamin som finns i formerna folat och folsyra. Det \u00e4r vanligt att ta tillskott f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i sig vitaminet och i vissa l\u00e4nder har man till och med tillsatt det i olika livsmedel. Livsmedel med h\u00f6gt inneh\u00e5ll \u00e4r bland annat avokado och sparris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B12 (kobalamin)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitamin B12 \u00e4r ett viktigt B-vitamin eftersom det fr\u00e4mjar nervsystemet, homocysteinoms\u00e4ttningen och hj\u00e4lper kroppen att bilda r\u00f6da blodkroppar.
