Cela vous permettra de suspendre le savon dans votre douche et d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019il glisse et tombe dans votre baignoire.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>D\u00e9coupez le savon de glyc\u00e9rine en carr\u00e9s de 28\u00a0g. D\u00e9posez deux carr\u00e9s dans un bol et placez au micro-ondes pendant 30 secondes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils fondent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Astuce YL\u00a0:<\/strong> deux carr\u00e9s font un savon. Vous pouvez aussi doubler ou tripler les proportions si vous en voulez encore plus\u00a0! Fabriquer des savons individuels permet de les personnaliser en leur donnant une couleur et un parfum diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Versez trois \u00e0 quatre gouttes de colorant et trois \u00e0 quatre gouttes de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/fr_FR\/products\/c\/huiles-essentielles-et-m%C3%A9langes\" class=\"broken_link\">huile essentielle<\/a> pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le savon de glyc\u00e9rine fondu. M\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n<li>Versez la mixture dans le moule en recouvrant enti\u00e8rement le loofah.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019op\u00e9ration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 recouvrir tous les loofahs. Laissez s\u00e9cher pendant deux \u00e0 trois heures, d\u00e9moulez les savons et faites mousser\u00a0!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019exfoliation, pourquoi c\u2019est bon\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous exfoliez votre peau, vous la d\u00e9barrassez des cellules mortes situ\u00e9es dans sa couche sup\u00e9rieure. Ainsi, les couches inf\u00e9rieures peuvent faire surface et apporter un aspect plus net.<\/p>\n<p>Mais tout n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une question d\u2019apparence\u00a0! Supprimer cette couche de cellules mortes permet \u00e0 la peau de mieux absorber les divers soins (s\u00e9rums, cr\u00e8mes) avec laquelle vous la nourrissez.
