This delicious Rocky Road recipe is a no-fuss, easy to prepare dessert that the whole family are bound to love.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-82596\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/blog\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/03\/blog-easter-body-rocky-road-EUR-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Rocky Road Mixture\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/blog\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/03\/blog-easter-body-rocky-road-EUR-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/blog\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/03\/blog-easter-body-rocky-road-EUR.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Healthy Easter Rocky Road Recipe<\/h3>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g pitted dates<\/li>\n<li>70 g raw cacao powder<\/li>\n<li>350 ml melted coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>pinch of sea salt (optional)<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 6 drops <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_GB\/products\/id\/3683\" class=\"broken_link\">Orange+<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_GB\/products\/id\/3686\" class=\"broken_link\">Tangerine+ essential oil<\/a> (to taste)<\/li>\n<li>75 g roughly chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<li>75 g roughly chopped pecans and\/or macadamia nuts<\/li>\n<li>30 g goji (wolfberries) (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Handful of mini marshmallows<\/li>\n<li>Handful of chocolate chips (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Place the dates in a medium glass bowl, pour boiling water over them, and let them sit for approximately 5 minutes to soften them. After they are softened, drain them and place them into a food processor with the melted coconut oil, cacao powder, sea salt and Orange+ or Tangerine+ oil.<\/li>\n<li>Blend on high until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Then, taste and add more Orange+ or Tangerine+ oil if desired.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the chopped nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips before mixing well by hand. Then, spread the mixture out into a lined baking tray or lined glass container.<\/li>\n<li>Place the tray in the fridge to cool and set.
