The combo of cocoa powder, Peppermint essential oil and Cinnamon Bark essential oil, along with luscious coconut and almond oils, is the treat your skin deserves. You\u2019ll have to avoid the temptation to take a bite out of this creamy massage bar, but you\u2019ll still feel indulgent when you add a little massage to your wind-down routine.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"DIY Cocoa Mint Massage Bar\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xqI1ABfzy0s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>How to make DIY cocoa-mint massage bars<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>Yield:<\/strong><\/span> 3-4 massage bars<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>Supplies<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup beeswax pellets<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup cocoa butter, cut into small chunks<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons sweet almond oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>15-20 drops <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_GB\/products\/peppermint-essential-oil\" class=\"broken_link\"><u>Peppermint essential oil<\/u><\/a><\/li>\n<li>15-20 drops <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_GB\/products\/spearmint-essential-oil\" class=\"broken_link\"><u>Spearmint essential oil<\/u><\/a><\/li>\n<li>9-12 drops <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_GB\/products\/cinnamon-bark-essential-oil\" class=\"broken_link\"><u>Cinnamon Bark essential oil<\/u><\/a><\/li>\n<li>9-12 drops <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youngliving.com\/en_GB\/products\/copaiba-essential-oil\" class=\"broken_link\"><u>Copaiba essential oil<\/u><\/a><\/li>\n<li>A silicone mould about the size of a bar of soap with ridges or bumps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add beeswax and cocoa butter to a double boiler over medium-low heat until melted. Be careful not to overheat or melt too quickly. Low and slow is best.<\/li>\n<li>Once beeswax and cocoa butter are melted, turn off the heat and add sweet almond oil and coconut oil.<\/li>\n<li>Add cocoa powder and mix well until fully incorporated with no clumps.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into a mould of your choosing. Let cool for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add essential oils: 5 drops Peppermint, 5 drops Spearmint, 3 drops Cinnamon Bark and 3 drops Copaiba to each massage bar. Mix in with a toothpick.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>YL tip:<\/strong><\/span> Wait until the cocoa butter and beeswax mixture is slightly cooled before adding the essential oils.
