6 Self-Care Habits & Essentials You’ll Love

7 February 1, 2019 - Bath & Beauty, Infographics, Mind & Body Fitness

Self-care is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.

If you’re on the beginning of your journey to intentional living, the first steps in that journey begin with self-care. While it may feel more natural to focus on taking care of others before taking care of yourself, your well-being and the attention you give yourself matters.

When you feel your best, it resonates through all aspects of your life and the lives you touch. Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, practicing self-care is central to living a life with purpose, intention and meaning.

And all it takes are just a few small changes in your day-to-day routine!

“Self-care is a deliberate choice to gift yourself with people, places, things, events and opportunities that recharge our personal battery and promote whole health- body, mind, and spirit.”

Where can we get 10ml bottles? I have a couple from a promotion, but they don’t seem to be available for sale.

Hi Linda, Young Living Canada does not sell the individual empty glass roller bottles regularly – they have historically been offered as promo exclusives or as part of a collection. Empty essential oil bottles cleaned and with an AromaGlide roller fitment inserted on the top can work as a great alternative and is a great way to reuse your empty bottles!
