As a museum curator we are housed in a historic building one hundred fifty years old. I put two drops of peppermint oil on a cotton pad and place several in various locations where the floor meets the wall. Peppermint oil helps the air smell clean and fresh. I also use YL Peppermint oil and cotton in our home. A YL diffuser is another way to dispense peppermint oil in the home or office. When I tell others about uses for peppermint oil–they want to know where to find this amazing oil and it allows me to tell them about YL oils.

How often can we drink tea infused with peppermint oil? I like to add one drop of peppermint oil into my tea but I wonder is it okay to do it on a daily basis! It really perks me up but i heard that one drop of peppermint oil is equivalent to 28 cups of tea! So is it harmful to our health if we drink it every day?

Hello, I’m a newbie too for this YLEO thing..

I read that Peppermint Vitality and traditional Peppermint are the same 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade -essential oil.

Does that mean that traditional Peppermint could be used as dietary also?
Because I have traditional Peppermint and I’ve been making tea with a drop of peppermint..
    It’s safe, right?

    • Young Living
