Hi Glenn, The Resin Burner can reach really high temperatures and as it burns the resin, it does produce a lot of vapor. We recommend starting on the lowest setting, then work your way up on the setting dial, to your own preference. There is also a helpful video that you can view here. Hi Jennifer, These oils have different constituents. Here are the top three constituents of Frankincense and Sacred Frankincense oil.
Frankincense: Alpha-Pinene, Limonene, Myrcene
Sacred Frankincense: Alpha Pinene, Camphene, Sabinene
