With swimsuit season just around the corner, most people will be reviewing their weight-management goals. These goals probably include eating healthier, exercising more, and using Slique™ products—all in hopes of taking their overall health and fitness to the next level. Are you looking to improve your fitness in time for summer? Let me reacquaint you with one of my favorite Young Living supplements: Pure Protein Complete™!

While it may be common knowledge that protein is the main nutrient for building and sustaining muscle, we sometimes overlook other crucial nutrients required to support muscle tissue. I’d like to talk about two of those important components, both of which are found in Pure Protein Complete.

First of all, let’s talk about amino acids. Protein is comprised of different types of bioactive amino acids that break down and play various roles in the human body. Pure Protein Complete contains 22 grams of our Complete Amino Profile Blend™. That adds up to 18 essential amino acids, including histidine, lysine, and leucine.

  • Histidine is necessary for the growth and repair of numerous types of body tissue. It plays a crucial role in supporting various elements of the nervous system, such as regulating nitrogen levels in the body and influencing calcium absorption.
  • Lysine, known for combating fatigue and impacting muscle growth, is a must-have in any protein supplement.
  • Leucine contributes to the growth and repair of muscular and skeletal tissue and helps regulate sugar levels in the bloodstream.

The second crucial ingredient in Pure Protein Complete is our vegetarian enzyme complex. It supports proper digestion and metabolism with enzymes such as lactase, papain, bromelain, amylase, and lipase, ensuring optimal absorption of needed protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Pure Protein Complete is a delicious and nutritionally comprehensive supplement and is a perfect addition to any balanced diet. What are some of the unique ways you incorporate Pure Protein Complete into your diet?
