  • Offer valid from July 1, 2009, to July 31, 2009.
  • New members must enroll with a premium Start Living Kit.
  • New members must enroll in Essential Rewards program with a minimum of 100 PV at the time of enrollment.
  • First Essential Rewards order for each new member must be processed within first 30 days of enrollment (by August 31, 2009).
  • Enroller must have one Essential Rewards order of 100 PV or more during promotional period (July 1–July 31, 2009).
  • Earned rewards will be credited to enroller’s account the second week in September (after list of qualified enrollees is generated).
  • Enroller must enroll a minimum of six new members during promotional period (July 1–31, 2009) to qualify for the double Start Living Bonus.
