Young Living Appoints Doug Nelson CEO; Prepares for Increased Global Expansion

Salt Lake City, Utah—Young Living Essential Oils, a Utah-based natural health and wellness company, has promoted Doug Nelson to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
As longtime General Manager of Young Living Lavender Farms, Nelson has served most recently as Young Living's Chief Operating Officer.
"Doug has repeatedly proven his commitment to the mission and vision of Young Living and his ability to implement it," says Gary Young, founder and president of Young Living. "We have the utmost confidence in his leadership."

Young Living also announced promotions of several executives taking on new or additional leadership responsibilities within the company:
Doug Corrigan, Vice President Corporate Sales and Marketing—Doug will lead the corporate sales, marketing and R & D activities with a renewed emphasis towards expanding global reach and impact.
Matt Warner, Vice President International—Matt will lead the rapidly expanding international markets with increased responsibilities and emphasis in realizing opportunities in new and emerging markets.
Mike McLean, General Manager, Americas—Mike assumes responsibility for expanding US and Canadian markets and opening new markets in Central and South America.
