Event Registration
Convention registration is $175 per person through June 30. After June 30, convention registration is $199. Payments are accepted online or via fax through August 31.* Registration includes general session, educational workshops, the Product Expo, and your ticket to the Extravaganza.
*After August 31, only onsite registration will be available during scheduled registration and check-in hours. The cost to register on site will be $250 per person.
Meal Tickets
Meal tickets are available for $60 per person if purchased online or via fax through August 31.* Meal tickets include lunch on Friday, September 23, and Saturday, September 24. Meal tickets can also be purchased for family members or guests not attending convention.
*After August 31, only onsite meal tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and during scheduled registration and check-in hours. Meal tickets purchased on site are $100 each.
Guest Extravaganza Tickets
Guest tickets for the Extravaganza can be purchased online or via fax for $25 per person through August 31.*
*After August 31, guest tickets will be available on site, while supplies last.
Kid's Oil Camp (Friday & Saturday)

Kid's Oil Camp is $100 per child; price includes lunch and two snacks each day. There is no onsite registration for Kid’s Oil Camp; children must be enrolled by August 31 to attend. Campers must check in on Thursday, September 22, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
You may arrange a later pick-up for an additional $15 per child. Extended hours are until 6:30 p.m. and can be purchased for one or both days.
Kid's Extravaganza Tickets
Kid’s Extravaganza is $25 per child. Tickets must be purchased by August 31 to attend.
