To guarantee these rates, reservations must be made by phone, fax, mail, or online by May 28, 2010.

Tax Rate and Requests
All rates are per room and are subject to 13.5% tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed. However, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Rooms are assigned upon check-in, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received prior to 72 hours before arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. One night’s room and tax will be forfeit entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival.
