Michael McLean

Mike has a wide background in business, and brings more than 12 years of direct sales experience; a background in sales, information systems, and operations; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah to Young Living Essential Oils. Mike has previously worked as a regional sales and business trainer for a large recreation company. He has also worked in the information technology field, serving as the global web and e-commerce program manager for one of the largest companies in the direct sales industry. Mike has been an integral part of the Business Development team at Young Living for three years, and in that time has ascended to his current position as general manager of North and South America. He has spearheaded many important growth opportunities and has been instrumental in opening the Hispanic markets in both the US and Latin America.

It is Mike's passion for everything he does that makes him such a good fit for the Young Living family. His love for his wife, three children, and his exuberance for the outdoors all enhance the tremendous leadership qualities he brings to work every day.
