Q. Do the NingXia Red sachets contain aluminum?
A. We were able to determine that the gel structure in the sachets does contain aluminum foil as part of the packet contents. A coating is added over the foil which prevents the juice from coming into contact with the aluminum. We have chosen to use aluminum foil as it provides the best barrier protection from heat. We are constantly looking for viable options to be used in place of the current ones. We take extraordinary pains to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Our main focus is to safeguard your health and well-being.
Q. Is the packaging for the NingXia Red® 2 oz singles recyclable?
A. We do encourage members to recycle the packaging, however it may not be recyclable in all areas. Your local recycling facility should be able to advise you further on this matter.

Q. Can you tell me if the farmers and fruit picking people get living wages on account of social responsibility?

Q. Why is there sediment in the NingXia Red bottles?
A. The fruits included in the NingXia Red formula are prone to settle in the bottle. If the bottle is being stored on its side the sediment may be more prone to settle in the neck of the bottom than if you are storing it upright. Please shake the bottle before use as instructed on the product label for best results.
