Star Performance Bonus

The Star Performance Bonus pays you 25% of your new members’ first month’s orders, and 15% on their second month’s orders.

For example:

1. Enrol a new member with an Everyday Oils kit (115 PV*).

2. You receive 25% of that 115 PV, or $28.75 USD (paid in AUD).

3. That same member places a 100 PV order in their second month, and you receive 15% of that 100 PV, or $15 USD (paid in AUD).

You earn this bonus on every new member you enrol. If you enrol six members with Everyday Oils kits (115 PV) who then all place 100 PV orders in their second month:

• Your first month’s payment includes: 115 PV x 6 new members = 690 PV x 25% = $172.50 USD (25% of each new member’s 115 PV order, paid in AUD).

• In the second month, even if you don’t enrol any new members, your payment includes: 100 PV x 6 existing members = 600 PV x 15% = $90 USD (15% of each existing member’s 100 PV order, paid in AUD).

• However, say you enrol six more new members in month two with an Everyday Oils kit: your second month’s payment includes: 115 PV x 6 new members = 690 PV x 25% = $172.50 USD PLUS 100 PV x 6 existing members = 600 PV x 15% = $90 USD, which when added together totals $262.50 USD ($172.50 Star Performance Bonus on new members, plus $90 second month members’ Star Performance Bonus – paid in AUD).

Matching Bonus

The third bonus offered by Young Living, the Matching Bonus, is earned by helping your members enrol others. When your members earn a Star Performance Bonus, Young Living matches that bonus and pays you that same amount for their first three months as members.**

Team Performance Bonus

Young Living's most exciting bonus is the Team Performance Bonus. It was created to help guide your business structure and provide long-term stability. It rewards you for enrolling members in the Essential Rewards program.

Here’s how it works:

• Every month you have six front-line members place a 100 PV Essential Rewards order and have 1,000 PGV***, you earn a $100 USD bonus (paid in AUD). This is in addition to all other bonuses and commissions.

• Help two of these front-line members earn their own $100 USD Team Performance Bonus, and your bonus increases to $500 USD!

• Help two front-line members earn their own $500 USD bonus, and your total Team Performance Bonus increases to $2,000 USD! Many members accomplish this in their first 90 days.

These bonuses come to you every month the structure is maintained, and are always paid in Australian dollars.
